What is SacCityTennis.com?

We are Sacramento Tennis players and we want to further our sport in our community while having fun and improving ourselves. SacCityTennis.com is born out of the necessity to better distribute the responsibility of organizing tennis related activities, such as tournaments, teaching, lessons and so on, to the people that are best suited to driving them.

This website will have several key areas:

• News and articles about tennis in Sacramento, California and the US.
• A user forum to get players in touch and discussing topics of interest
• A community list so we know who we are and we can interact with each other
• A tournament area where interested players can enroll for upcoming tournaments and competition and were we can make sure tournaments are well publicized.
• A teaching area where players of all levels hopefully can learn the game better and coordinate teaching activities.

To be sure, these are not easy things to accomplish online. They will require the participation of all the players in the Sacramento area that can spare some of their time.
